Cookies

On our website we use cookies as well as analysis services. Cookies do not cause any damage and do not contain any viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user friendly, more effective and safer. Server log files

In calling up our website, information is automatically sent to the server of our website via the browser used on your terminal. This information is temporarily stored in a so called log file. The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 page 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest ensues from the above listed purposes for data collection. In no case do we use the collected data to draw conclusions about your person.

Contact form

You can contact us via a provided form. Here it is necessary to give a valid email address as well as your name or the corporate name to be able to answer your enquiry. Further information is voluntary. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us ensues according to Art. 6 Para. 1 page 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily issued approval. The personal data we have collected for the use of the contact form is automatically deleted after your enquiry has been dealt with.

Newsletter subscription

We offer you a newsletter which informs you about current events and offers. If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter you have to give a valid email address. Legal basis for the dispatch of the newsletter is your approval according to Art. 6 Para. 1 page 1 a) in connection with Art. 7 DSGVO in connection with Section 7 Para. 2 No. 3 UWG. You can revoke your approval to receive the newsletter at any time. We store the user credentials as long as they are needed for the dispatch of the newsletter. We store the recording of the registration and the dispatch address as long as there is an interest in the proof of the originally issued approval. You can cancel the registration at any time. It is sufficient to send a message in text form (e.g. email, fax, letter) to the contact data under Number 1. Of course, each newsletter also has an unsubscribe link.

Processing of customer data

We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary in justifying, defining or changing the legal relationship (inventory data). This ensues on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which allows the processing of data for fulfilling a contract or contractual measures. We only collect, process and use personal data about the use of our internet sites (usage data) insofar as it is necessary to enable the user to use the service or if necessary for invoicing. The collected customer data is deleted after the completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected. We do not use any automatized decision making and any profiling.

The tracking measures listed in the following and which we used are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. With the tracking measures used we want to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimisation of the website. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures such as statistically recording the use of our website and evaluating it for the purpose of optimising our offer for you. These interests are to be seen as legitimate in the sense of the above named regulation.

On our internet pages we use 1&1 WebAnalytics, a web analysis service of the 1&1 Internet SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur (“1&1”). 1&1 assesses the user behaviour of our websites via the service 1&1 WebAnalytics and records the following user data: • Referrer (website visited before) • Requested website or file • Browser type and browser version • Appliance type used • Time of the access • IP address in anonymised form (is only used to ascertain the place of the access) Cookies are not used here according to 1&1. As a rule the information about your use of our websites is conveyed to a server of 1&1 and stored there anonymised. Using the ascertained user data, 1&1 compiles anonymous reports about the website activity. Your IP address is likewise anonymised according to 1&1 by 1&1 WebAnalytics and only processed in a shortened form to exclude any relation to your person. Webshop Analysis

For the purpose of the needs-based design and the continuous optimisation of our webshop we use analysis tools. In this connection, pseudonymised user profiles are drawn up and cookies (see under No. 3) are used. We have integrated PayPal components on this website. PayPal is an online payment service provider. In paying with PayPal, the bank data you have deposited with PayPal is used for payment by PayPal. We have no access to this data. The transmission of the data is for payment settlement, fraud prevention as well as an identity and credit assessment check. PayPal passes the personal data if necessary on to connected companies and service providers or subcontractors insofar as this is necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations or the order data is to be processed. Google Maps

Google Maps Via an API this page uses the map service Google Maps. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
