The linear slideway system was introduced in the latest generation of machine tools, primarily to allow running at ultrahigh speeds.
With this system, it is no longer possible to rework the worn slideways; instead the linear slides must be completely replaced.

Replacement of these linear slideways requires a high degree of technical know-how, and we have successfully replaced dozens of them!

At your request, we will be pleased to investigate what replacement slideways will be needed for your application and, if presently available from a reliable source, supply and install them!
We have an autocollimator for aligning such linear slides.
