The tapered holder of your milling spindle is damaged or worn, resulting in holes with inaccurate dimensions, irregular surfaces, chatter marks, extreme cutting edge wear and substantially reduced overall productivity. Removing the spindle to correct the damage would mean substantial production losses.

Using a specially designed high-performance precision grinding machine, we are able to regrind almost any tapered tool holder directly on the machining center. This guarantees a high degree of concentricity without the cost-intensive removal of the tool spindle.
