1. Billing rates

1. 1.1  Generally

   For the benefits of our service personnel following hourly rates for labor and waiting times can be calculated.

   a. Service technician 75.00 EUR/h b. Travel times 67.00 EUR/h

2. 1.2  Overtime bonuses

   For about the normal working hours 8.00 - 16.45 Clock out overtime be calculated the following percentages for the hourly rate:

a. from 6.00 - 8.00 and for 16.45 - 18.45 clock b. any other work hours, and on saturdays c. for use on Sundays and public holidays

2. Travel expenses

25 % 50 % 100%

Train journeys, air travel, taxi, public transport, etc. are based on actual expenditure +10 % are calculated, with use of a passenger car 0,73 EUR, per kilometer and departure, calculated.

1. 2.1  Collecting trips

   If our technical staff carrying out work at various purchasers in succession, the travel costs are distributed according to our best judgment on the various customer.

2. 2.2  Are for a job several reservation required, these shall also be charged.

3. Cost of meals and overnight (release rate)

An activation is calculated per calendar day and person:

Inland:
for one-day business trips
caution about flat for overnight business trips
or according to actual expenditure

Foreign countries:

20,00 EUR/Day 27,00 EUR/Day 45,00 EUR/Day

The cost of meals and overnight stay will be charged according to the applicable tax regulations. The cost rates listed above are for each plus applicable VAT.
